C.W.P No 7368-2020 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become rendered infructuous, as the petitioner was permitted to join the duty, vide office order dated 22.06.2020 (P-7). Further in compliance of letter dated 29.05.2020 and appointment letter dated 24.01.2019 and letter dated 22.06.2020, the petitioner has submitted her joining report as Peon on 22.06.2020 along with required documents vide Sr. No. 3075 dated 22.06.2020 (P-8) In view of the above, the present petition is dismisssed as having become rendered infructuous.
