Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking quashing of FIR No. 30 dated 9.4.2015, registered under Section(s) 454 & 380 IPC at Police Station Khamanon on the basis of compromise dated 6.7.2016 (Annexure P2).

Report from the learned District & Sessions Judge, Fatehgarh Sahib has been received indicating that the complainant did not enter into compromise with the petitioner.

In view of above, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one.
