Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 438(1) Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.64 dated 20.03.2017 under Section 306 IPC, registered at Police Station Zira, District Ferozepur. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.

From the record, I find that as per FIR, Sukhwinder Kaur @ Shindo got recorded her statement that her son Baj Singh was married to Baljinder Kaur and they had two daughters and a son. Her daughter-in-law Baljinder Kaur developed illicit relations with Gora (present petitioner) and left the house. The complainant tried her level best to make her daughterin-law understand, but she continued her relations with Gora, due to which Vineet Gulati 2017.07.13 15:21 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CRM No.M-23983 of 2017 -2her son used to remain stressed. Complainant further stated that her son committed suicide on 20.03.2017. A suicide note was also recovered from his right pocket, in which the fact of illicit relations of Baljinder Kaur wife of deceased with Gora-present petitioner has been mentioned. It is also mentioned that Baljinder Kaur considered him like dog etc. Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case, nature and gravity of the offence, without discussing the facts in minute detail and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, I do not find it a fit case where petitioner is entitled to benefit of anticipatory bail.

Therefore, finding no merit in the present petition, the same is dismissed.
