(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No. 165 dated 18.04.2015 registered under Sections 148/149/323/324/341/506/307 of the Indian Penal Code at Police Station Narnound, District Hisar. The eye-witnesses including the complainant have not been examined so far.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner withdraws the instant petition, at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn.
