(ORAL) Present writ petition has been filed for directing respondents No.4 and 5 to decide the case of the petitioner for correction of khasra girdawari regarding khasra No.26/1 (7-12), 2/1(5-4) which was illegally recorded in the name of Gurmail Singh etc. in the year 1995. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that for the redressal of his grievance, the petitioner has already filed his representation/application dated 19.01.2024 (Annexure P-5) before respondent No.5 but no action has been taken on the same till date. Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Upasna Dhawan, AAG, Haryana appears and accepts notice on behalf of the respondents-State. She submits that the representation/application filed by the petitioner would be decided expeditiously.
