(ORAL) Affidavit of Kuldeep Singh Chahal, IPS, Senior Superintendent of Police, District SAS Nagar (Mohali) in compliance of order dated 31.08.2018 filed in Court today is taken on record. Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing FIR No.55 dated 15.04.2015 registered under Section 306 IPC at Police Station City Kharar. Learned State counsel submits that final report under Section 173(2) has been filed, but due to typographical mistake, it has been mentioned as 173-A Cr.P.C. for which proper application shall be moved for correction of the said mistake to the Court concerned to whom the case has been committed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas, which have been raised in this petition, at the appropriate stage.
