Since the prayer made in the instant petition, is only for a direction being made upon the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned to, decide within a period of three four months, the trial as arises or may arise from FIR No. 216 of 27.10.2021, registered at Police Station Mukerian, District Hoshiarpur, under Sections 420 IPC, and, Section 13-A-3-67 of Gamble Act, thereupon, the afore prayer is not contested by the learned State counsel. Therefore, the prayer is accepted. 2.
The learned trial Magistrate is directed to, within three months hereafter, make a decision upon the trial, as arises from the FIR (supra). 3.
The petition is disposed of.
