The present petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 0259 dated 11.06.2022 registered under Sections 420, 408 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 465, 467, 468 and 471 of the IPC were added later on) at Police Station City Barnala, District Barnala. At the outset, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks withdrawal of the present petition so as to take all the pleas before the competent Court at an appropriate stage, if so advised. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2 submits that he has no objection to the same.

Disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
