**** MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Due to the outbreak of pandemic COVID-19, the instant case is being taken up for hearing through video conferencing. The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C., for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner, in case FIR No. 37, dated 14.02.2020, under Sections 21/61/85 of NDPS Act, registered at Police Station Kalanwali, District Sirsa.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further states that pursuant to order dated 14th May, 2020, passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined investigation.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Kuldeep Singh, states that the petitioner is no longer required for further interrogation. In view of the above, the petition is allowed and interim order dated 14th May, 2020, is made absolute subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
