SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 & 3 to protect the lives and personal liberty of the petitioners and also directing the private respondents not to interfere in the personal lives and liberty of the petitioners.

This petition is premature, in the light of notification No.12/252/2023-4HG-IV dated 17.02.2025 issued by the Home Department, Government of Haryana.

Faced with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to take alternate remedy in the light of above-said notification.

Prayer is accepted.
