(ORAL) This is second foray of petitioner before this Court, seeking regular bail in FIR No.1176 dated 30.10.2019, registered under Sections 302, 392 and 193 IPC (Section 392 IPC deleted later and Section 193 IPC added later) at Police Station, City Thanesar, District Kurukshetra. 2.

At the outset, learned State counsel submits that during pendency of the present proceedings, petitioner has been convicted by the trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid statement, this petition is rendered infructuous and is accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek legal recourse in accordance with law against his conviction by the Court below.
