**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner, in a case arising out of FIR No.12 dated 15.01.2017, under Sections 363, 366-A IPC registered at Police Station Beas, Distt Amritsar (Rural).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant has got married with the petitioner. Challan against the petitioner has already been presented before the trial Court and the statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded in which she has not supported the prosecution version. In view of this, he prays that petitioner be released on bail.

Custody certificate has been filed by learned State counsel. She submits that statement of the prosecutrix has been recorded in which she has not supported the prosecution version and has expressed her willing to reside with the petitioner with whom she got married. Heard.

Petitioner is in custody since 24.01.2017.

CRM-M-24036-2017 -2Without going into the merits of the case and keeping in view the fact that the trial is likely to take some time to conclude and the prosecutrix has not supported the prosecution version, the present petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on regular bail on his furnishing bail bonds and surety bonds to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate/Duty Magistrate, Amritsar.
