Through the instant petition, prayer is made for quashing of FIR No.33 dated 11.5.2021, under Sections 306, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Khalra, District Tarn Taran. 2.

The learned State Counsel at the very set on instructions imparted to him by ASI Hari Singh informs that after completion of investigation, final report has been submitted before the learned Illaqa Magistrate concerned, which has now been accepted vide order dated 22.5.2024.
