We find that the Registry had raised the specific objection in such regard.

We are dismayed to note that counsel has chosen to put a note on the file 'be put up before the Bench as it is'. Such attitude and practice needs to be deprecated. Senior Counsel at this stage seeks withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file a petition afresh on the same cause of action but by placing on record documents which are clearly legible.
