Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 88 dated 30.06.2015 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B IPC at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi.

A written request for adjournment has been circulated by learned counsel for the petitioner. However, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition is not maintainable before this Court because the FIR in which the petitioner has sought anticipatory bail was registered at Police Station Economic Offences Wing, New Delhi. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed being not maintainable before this Court.
