RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Case has been taken up for hearing through video conferencing due to pandemic Covid-19.

Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioners - Rahul Behal and Surjeet Singh Kapoor - in case FIR No.42 dated 16.03.2020 registered under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 406, 306 IPC at Police Station Lopoke, District Amritsar.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners - Rahul Behal and Surjeet Singh Kapoor - have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.

In view of above, order dated 15.05.2020 passed by this Court is made absolute.

Disposed of accordingly.
