RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking direction to respondent Nos.2 and 3 to expedite the investigation in case FIR No.35, dated 26.03.2021, under Sections 363, 366 and 120-B IPC, registered at Police Station Sirhali, District Tarn Taran, Annexure P-1. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submits that investigation is already in progress and that the same would be completed in due course of time.

In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of.
