JUSTICE GURVINDER SINGH GILL Present:- Mr. Munish Mittal, Advocate for the petitioners. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the points raised herein before the trial Court at appropriate stage.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Since, the petitioners are stated to be senior citizens, the trial Court shall take necessary steps for ensuring that there is no delay in conclusion of trial. Further, in case, any application seeking exemption from personal appearance is moved by the petitioners before the trial Court, the same shall be considered in accordance with law keeping in view the advanced age of the petitioners.
