**** MEHINDER SINGH SULLAR , J.(oral) At the very outset, learned counsel intends to withdraw the main petition to enable the petitioner to file fresh petition to quash the impugned complaint and summoning order, on the basis of amicable settlement between the parties, within a period of one month. Dismissed as withdrawn, with the aforesaid liberty, as prayed for.
Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to appear/surrender and the trial Court would admit him to bail on his furnishing adequate bail and surety bonds to its satisfaction.
