CWP No. 7052 of 2024 (O&M) 2.
Learned counsel for respondents (on advance notice) submits that this writ petition is clearly premature and based only on some misplaced apprehensions of petitioner. Objections submitted by petitioner and other candidates are under consideration by the Expert Committee. Report of the Expert Committee would thereafter be placed before the Selection Committee, which shall consider the same and take necessary action, as may be required, including calling of, cross-objections, if necessary. 3.
Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as above, we find that this writ petition is indeed premature and is disposed of accordingly. There is no expression of opinion on the merits of the matter. ( LISA GILL ) JUDGE (AMARJOT BHATTI) March 22, 2024.
