The present contempt petition has been filed for non-compliance of order dated 22.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-28191-2025. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that in compliance of the above referred to order, speaking order dated 15.05.2026 has been passed. The same is taken on record, copy whereof has also been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioner. Registry is directed to tag the same at an appropriate place. 3.

A perusal of speaking order dated 15.05.2026 shows that order dated 22.09.2025 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP-28191-2025 has been duly complied with.

Accordingly, the contempt is purged. Rule is discharged.

Needless to say that petitioners can avail any other remedy as is available to them, in accordance with law, to challenge the speaking order dated 15.05.2026. 6.
