This order shall dispose off the two above-mentioned revision petitions.

Learned senior counsel appearing for the respondent, on instructions from Mr. Harpreet S. Multani, Advocate, states that no flats as alleged by the plaintiff-petitioners are being constructed on the property in dispute and further that any construction raised thereupon maybe made be subject to the outcome of the civil suit and the partition proceedings. Learned senior counsel has filed a short affidavit dated 28.10.2025 of Shri Sehaj Bir Singh Sidhu son of Shri Karan Bir Singh Sidhu, Partner in M/s S7 Holdings YOGESH SHARMA 2025.10.29 10:08 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this judgment/order.

CR-1509-2025 (O&M) (respondent herein) stating that in case the respondent enters into any agreement to sell or sale deed qua the property in dispute, of which they are co-owners, they would mention the fact regarding the pendency of the Civil Suit No.332 of 2024 titled as "Swaran Singh & Ors. Vs. S7 Holdings" as well as the pendency of the partition proceedings titled as "S7 Holding Vs. Raghubir Singh & Ors." bearing No.327 of 15.01.2025. The said affidavit is taken on record and the same be scanned and tagged at the appropriate place. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondent, learned counsel for the petitioners' states that he does not wish to press the present revision petitions and the same may be disposed off in terms of the above statement.

In view thereof, both the revision petitions are disposed off on the statement made by the learned senior counsel for the respondent that any sale deed or agreement to sell which is entered into by the respondent would contain a recital regarding the pendency of the civil suit as well as the partition proceedings. The respondent would also incorporate a condition in the agreement to sell/sale deed that any construction which is carried upon the suit property would be subject to the outcome of the civil suit as well as the partition proceedings. The respondent shall remain bound by the statement made by the learned senior counsel on instructions that no flats are being constructed on the property in dispute.

Disposed off, accordingly. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
