Through the instant writ petition, prayer is made for issuance of directions upon the respondent No.1 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 03.02.2025 (Annexure P-6), as per Section 56 of the Electricity Act, 2003, Regulation No.32 of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code & Related Matters) Regulations, 2014, and, Regulation No.44 of the PSERC (Electricity Supply Code, Standards of Performance & Related Matters) Regulations, 2024. 2.

At the outset itself, the learned counsel for the respondents No.1 and 2, who is in receipt of advance notice, informs this Court that, the petitioner's representation (supra) has already been decided and the process of electricity disconnection will be completed within two days from today. 3.

In view of the above, the prayer made in the instant writ petition has become infructuous, hence no direction is required to be passed. The instant writ petition is closed.
