(Oral) It has been brought to the notice of this Court by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Mukesh Kumar that only two PWs remains to be examined and the matter is fixed for 22.3.2017. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition. Allowed to do so. Dismissed as withdrawn.

However, a prayer has been made to expedite the trial. Trial court is directed to expedite disposal of the matter as the petitioner is already languishing in jail since long time.
