RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner Balwant Kaur in case FIR No.152 dated 13.12.2016 registered under Sections 307, 323, 325, 506 and 34 IPC (Section 302 IPC added later on) at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance to order dated 05.06.2018 petitioner appeared before the trial Court and she has been granted interim bail by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sangrur, vide order dated 07.06.2018.

Learned State counsel does not dispute the above fact. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 05.06.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
