(Oral) This petition has been filed challenging order dated 25.11.2016 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Ludhiana whereby interim maintenance to the tune of `1500/- has been awarded to the respondent. The respondent is none other but the mother of the present petitioner. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition.
