are taken up together for hearing and decision being arisen out of the same FIR, at request and with consent of learned counsel for the parties. 2.

As per facts of the case, on the written complaint of complainant Darshan Kumar, present FIR has been registered against Harmeet Singh, Balwinder Singh and Rinku Madan. The dispute was regarding sale of four bighas of land at the rate of Rs.90 lakhs per Bigha with accused No.1 and 2 on the basis of agreement to sell dated 10.01.2015. Earnest money was paid to the tune of Rs.70 lakhs and the date fixed for execution and registration of sale deed was on or before 25.05.2015. When the said sale deed was not executed in terms of aforesaid agreement to sell, complainant realized that he has been cheated and fraud has been committed with him. With these allegations, FIR has been registered. 3.

As per record, petitioner Major Singh Bawa was granted interim bail vide order dated 01.04.2024, petitioner - Harmeet Singh was granted interim bail on 16.05.2024 and petitioner Balwinder Singh was granted interim bail on 06.05.2024 in their respective petitions, as referred above, with the direction to join the investigation. 4.

Status report was received in the aforesaid bail applications. During this period, matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre and ultimately the parties arrived at compromise/settlement dated 16.09.2024. In view of the compromise, learned State counsel as well as

 counsel for the complainant did not oppose the bail application. 5.

I have considered the aforesaid factual position. Matter is already settled between the parties vide compromise/settlement dated 16.09.2024. Even petitioners are ready to join the investigation as and when required. No purpose would be served by sending the petitioners behind the bars. Therefore, without expressing my mind on the merits and considering the compromise/settlement already arrived at between the parties, interim orders dated 01.04.2024 in favour of petitioner - Major Singh Bawa [in CRM-M-14625-2024], 16.05.2024 in favour of petitioner - Harmeet Singh [in CRM-M-24435-2024] and 06.05.2024 in favour of petitioner Balwinder Singh [in
