Learned counsel for respondent No.1 has submitted that the petitioners have since been acquitted by the trial Court vide judgment dated 30.9.2019 and has filed certified copy of the judgment dated 30.9.2019 passed by Presiding Officer-cum-Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Special Environment Court, Faridabad, which is taken on record. The aforestated position is duly endorsed by learned counsel for the petitioners who has submitted that pursuant to aforesaid acquittal the petition has been rendered infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid position, the petition is dismissed having been rendered infructuous.
