Mr. S.S.Salar, Advocate with Ms. Tisha Joshi, Advocate for the petitioner(s). *** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) This writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the difference of salary as being paid to the employees, who are juniors to the petitioners.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 31.07.2024 (Annexure P-7) within a time bound manner.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
