Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred by the petitioner seeking directions to respondent(s) No.2 to take appropriate legal action as per representation dated 23.10.2018 (Annexure P1), made against the local Directors/Managers of KIM Investment Limited for having cheated the public including the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that representation dated 23.10.2018 (Annexure P1), made before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Gurdaspur, still remains unattended. Notice of motion.
