SUMEET GOEL, J.(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 for seeking quashing of order dated 20.10.2023 (Annexure P-3) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ambala in Criminal Complaint under Section of the Negotiable Instruments Act, (CIS No.COMA/93/2020) and for quashing of order dated 22.02.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by learned Sessions Judge, Ambala vide which the revision petition (CRR/162/2023) filed by the petitioner was dismissed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the petition in hand. 3.
