Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 268 dated 28.7.2016, registered under Section(s) 409 & 420 IPC at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat.

Learned counsel for the respondent-State contended that the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations levelled against the petitioner in the FIR, the present petition is accepted and order dated 11.7.2017, passed by this Court, granting interim pre-arrest bail to him, is made absolute.
