Mr. S.S.Salar, Advocate with Ms. Tisha Joshi, Advocate for the petitioner. ***** Sandeep Moudgil, J.(Oral) Instant writ petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 29.05.2025 (P-9) vide which the respondents have refused to reimburse the medical bill submitted for expenses incurred on treatment and representation submitted by the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondents to consider the representations dated 21.08.2024, 28.10.2024 and 12.05.2025 (P-6, P-7 and P-8 respectively) within a time bound manner. 3.

Mr. Vikram Bajaj, Sr. Panel Counsel having been served with an advance copy of petition, accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 and 3 and assures the Court that after considering the prayer made in the present writ petition as well as representations dated 21.08.2024, 28.10.2024 and SONIA BURA 2026.03.11 11:52 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the above and without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3 Chief Executive Officer, Cantonment Board, Ambala is directed to consider and decide the prayer made in the present petition as well as representations dated 21.08.2024, 28.10.2024 and 12.05.2025 (P-6, P-7 and P-8 respectively) after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 6.

A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within seven days thereafter.
