(ORAL) In the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made to issue directions to official respondents for protecting life and liberty of the petitioner, his family and son Jagjit Sharma from respondents No.3 to 7.

It is submitted that an application dated 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) was moved by the petitioner to take appropriate legal action against respondents No.3 and 4 before respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur besides many other authorities, but his application has not been taken care of by him.

Heard.

Respondent No.2 - Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur, is hereby directed to decide the application dated 14.06.2017 (Annexure P-1) moved by the petitioner before him after hearing him by passing a speaking order within three weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
