Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got recorded FIR No.41 dated 11.03.2015 for the offence punishable under Section 365 read with Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Division No.7, Jalandhar for kidnapping of her son by husband Rajpal Singhrespondent No.9. Now, the police is not investigating the case properly. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make representation before respondent No.2-Commissioner of Police, Jalandhar, which on filing, shall be considered by the respondent No.2 in accordance with law.
