**** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to the respondents to allow them to continue as Assistant Professor/Extension Lecturer in Commerce and do not replace against transfer or deputation of regular employees, temporary, contractual joining, in view of CWP No. 9300-2015 titled as Menka and others vs. State of Haryana and others (P-5). At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has referred to workload (P-2) wherein it has been mentioned that there are total 13 posts and 01 post is still lying vacant. Learned counsel is further relying upon instruction dated 20.07.2017/20.09.2017 (P-3 colly) wherein it has been directed that against the unmet workload, the person working previously may be allowed to join.
