The petitioner through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to issue passport with correct date of birth.

The petitioner was issued passport on 09.02.2010 wherein his date of birth was recorded as 27.04.1976. He claims that his correct date of birth is 03.12.1977. He applied vide application dated 26.04.2022 with correct date of birth, however, respondent has not paid heed to said application. He has served legal notice dated 11.07.2022 upon the respondents. 3.
