**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petiitoners have claimed their majority and have solemnized the marriage against the wishes of their family members.

On notice, reply by way of affidavit, has been filed by learned State counsel, today in the Court and the same is taken on record. The stand taken in the affidavit that ASI Rameshwar went to the address of the petitioners at village Burjkaramgarh, District Sirsa on 31.08.2016 and got recorded the joint statement of petitioners (Annexure R-1) to the effect that they have performed the marriage against wishes of their parents. Thereafter, ASI Rameshwar went to the house of respondent Nos.6 to 11 and during inquiry they told him that their daughter Poonam Rani is major Naresh Kumar 2016.10.04 10:24 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Keeping in view the statements (Annexures R-1 and R-2) made by the parties, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition and the same is hereby disposed of as such.
