(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C is for quashing of FIR No.154 dated 13.04.2015 registered under Sections 447, 379 and 506 IPC at Police Station Pehowa, District Kurukshetra. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law, which is not objected to by learned counsel representing respondents No.2 and 3 as well as learned counsel appearing for respondent-State. In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
