RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. has been made for grant of pre-arrest bail to petitioner - Sunil in case FIR No.130 dated 11.04.2016 under Sections 380 and 457 IPC registered at Police Station Matlauda, District Panipat.

No one appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 31.08.2017. Today again adjournment slip has been filed by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Rajpal, submits that the petitioner has not joined the investigation despite directions and grant of interim bail by this Court to him.
