ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 31.03.2023, when none appeared for appellant and it was adjourned for today. On resumed hearing today, learned counsel appears and states that despite having written letters to the appellant he has not been able to establish contact and pleads lack of instructions to assist the Court. In the premise, issuance of fresh notice to appellant would be an exercise in futility as looking at the address of appellant given in the memo of parties, it seems to suggest that same is incomplete, perhaps that is why letters sent to her by learned counsel are also not being responded.
