Learned State counsel has, very fairly, brought to the notice of this Court that the FIR in question i.e. FIR No.145 dated 01.06.2017, registered under Sections 354-B, 498-A, 506 & 34 IPC at Police Station Julana, District Jind has already been quashed by this Court vide order dated 02.05.2023 passed in CRM-M-10959-2020.

In view of this, it is submitted that this petition has been rendered infructuous.
