Learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation informs the Court that Mr. V.G. Dogra, Advocate, who had, earlier, been representing the appellant in the present appeal, has, unfortunately, passed away. 3.

As reported by the Registry, the notice issued to the appellant had been received back with the report that he had left the given address long ago.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that he also does not have any clue about the latest address of the appellant. 5.

In these circumstances, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the instant appeal for want of prosecution. 6.
