  The petition under Section 13(1)(ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, titled as "Pardeep Kumar Vs. Smt. Reena", presently pending before the Family Court, Gurugram, is ordered to be transferred to the Court of competent jurisdiction at Rewari.
