This appeal has been filed by the appellant/claimant seeking enhancement of the compensation awarded to her by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Ambala on account of death of her daughter Kusum in a motor vehicle accident, which took place on 27.12.1995.

Following order was passed by this Court on 21.03.2018:- "Learned counsel for the appellant seeks some more time to file correct address of respondents No.1 to 3. He is allowed four weeks time to file correct address of OMKAR SINGH 2018.10.03 10:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

FAO No.1312 of 2001 [2] respondents No.1 to 3. On filing of correct address within four weeks, notice to respondents No.1 to 3 be issued for 19.07.2018. It is, however, made clear that in the event of correct address of respondents No.1 to 3 being not filed within four weeks, the appeal shall stand dismissed against respondents No.1 to 3." Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has not contacted him for doing the needful, despite intimation. He has no instructions in this case.

Respondents No.1 to 3 are the owners of the offending vehicle. Respondent No.4, driver of the said vehicle has been served in the present appeal, but was proceeded against ex-parte before the learned Tribunal. It appears that the appellant is no longer interested in pursuing the matter. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
