The present appeal pertains to the year 1995. Vide order dated 15.11.2023 notices were issued to the parties. As per the service report, appellants No.1 to 4 stand duly served through MHC, Balkar Singh. Ms. Gurnam Kaur Turka, Advocate has put in appearance on behalf of the respondents. No one has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 2.

Dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to revive in case anything survives in the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
