The petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS seeking directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to take legal action on the representation dated 5.2.2026 (Annexure P-1), which was given UID No.751888 PP and marked to respondent no.3 on 11.2.2026. Further prayer of the petitioner is for issuing directions to respondents no.2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of respondents no.4 and 5, who are giving threats of elimination and implication in false cases.

Learned counsel for the petitioners, after arguing for some time, seeks to withdraw the petition in hand with liberty to pursue alternative remedy(s) as enunciated in law.
