(ORAL) The petitioners, in the instant petition, under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, have sought quashing of FIR No.201 dated 20.4.2016 registered under section 304 IPC (later on changed to section 304-A IPC), 285, 201 IPC, and 25 & 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise dated 20.7.2016 (Annexure P-2). In compliance of order dated 25.7.2016 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court, report from the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri bearing no.756 dated 04.8.2016, has been received. According to the report submitted by Chief Judicial Magistrate Yamuna Nagar at Jagadhri, compromise arrived at between the parties is without any pressure or coercion in any manner.

CRM-M-25030-2016 2 Keeping in view the above report and compromise dated 20.7.2016 (Annexure P-2), arrived at between the parties, which would bring harmonious relationship in between the parties, the instant petition is, accordingly, allowed and the aforesaid FIR No.201 dated 20.4.2016 registered under section 304 IPC (later on changed to section 304-A IPC), 285,201 IPC, and 25 & 27 of the Arms Act at Police Station City Yamuna Nagar, along with all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom, is quashed. 21.8.2017 ( RAMENDRA JAIN ) VK JUDGE 1.
