RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J. (ORAL) At the very outset, learned counsel for the appellant submits that the parties have amicably resolved their differences arising out of custody issue of their children. In view of consensus arrived at between the parties, the appellant is not interested in pursuing the present case in any manner.

Therefore, in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the appellant, no further order is required to be passed except to dismiss this appeal as withdrawn.
