Naresh Kumar Sanghi, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jagwant Singh, Police Station, City, District Tarn Taran, submits that the prosecution has already concluded its evidence and now the trial is at fag end. He further submits that huge commercial quantity of contraband was recovered from the petitioner.

With the able assistance of learned counsel for the parties, I have gone through the material available on record. No ground for grant of bail to the petitioner is made out at this stage.

Dismissed.
